Gnosis is divine wisdom that resides within us and is expressed in art, science, philosophy and religion. Therefore, we study a wide variety of practical topics which include meditation, esoteric psychology, anthropology, Kabbalah, alchemy and many more spiritual subjects.
Thus, a path is discovered that leads to the Self-Realization.
The word Gnosis derives from the Greek language and means “knowledge of an intuitive nature; the intuitive apprehension of spiritual truths.” Hence, Gnosis is knowledge that cannot be understood through books or lectures. Rather, it is captured through one’s own direct experience. Therefore, this knowledge or wisdom is not found outside of us, but within ourselves. An ancient philosophical maxim states “Nosce Te Ipsum” which means Know thyself, and you will know the Universe and the Gods.
Gnosis synthesizes the most essential aspects of all ancient mystery schools, religions, and esoteric systems of the past and present into one. In fact, true Gnosis is the root wisdom from which all authentic spiritual traditions emerge. Moreover, Gnosis tears the veil of illusion, which is the veil of separation and division. It clearly demonstrates the golden thread that unites all human beings, which is Truth, Love, and Wisdom: the Divine spark within us.
Gnosis is a transcendental wisdom that explores a variety of topics. These are based on psychology, mysticism, and esotericism, presented through classes and meditation.
Firstly, our classes explore a variety of topics specifically developed to know ourselves more intimately and profoundly.
Likewise, we introduce meditation techniques in a gentle and gradual way according to a natural rhythm, without causing any tension to the mind and body. This gives way to experience the benefits and insights that meditation can provide. Therefore, by establishing the correct foundations, we are able to gradually and naturally increase the duration of these practices.
Ultimately, Gnosis is a practical and transcendental wisdom that anyone of goodwill and good heart can experience and benefit from in order to live a more peaceful, serene life and to know oneself truly as a soul, as a divine spark.
